Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient form of body therapy dating to over 2,500
years. It began in the temples of Thailand. Thai massage is performed
on a padded floor mat where you are stretched into various yoga poses.
At the same time it incoporates shiatsu and accupressure with gentle
techniques of rocking, pressing, kneading, stretching and compression.
Thai massage encourages the body to heal itself by releasing muscle
tension, increasing flexibility and circulation.
